Murphy Builders have advised they will complete construction at Lilli Lane in around 2 months. All of the scaffold has now been removed and the exterior of the upper floors is complete so one can get a great appreciation of the style and architecture being created.
All of the townhouses are now “locked up” with all external cladding, doors and windows fitted. Internally all plastering, staircases, electrical and plumbing rough ins, tiling and timber flooring is complete. All cabinetry to kitchens and bathrooms has also been installed. The painters are working their way through the townhouses and when complete the finishing touches can be applied. The landscaping has also begun with courtyard paving complete and planting under way. We are excited as we close in on the finishing line.
With 3 more sales during January, 10 of the 17 townhouses are now under contract. There is now only 2 x 3br and 5 x 4br townhouses remaining. By the middle of February we will have a fully completed display townhouses available for viewing.
